Modern beach front house to rent
The house is a comfortable two story dwelling with living at the lower level and bedrooms upstairs. Open plan kitchen, living and dining areas all enjoy great views with ranch-slider and french doors opening onto the lower deck. This deck has seating and an outdoor table for eating alfresco breakfast in the morning sun. The deck then steps onto a private sheltered patio area which has a three burner gas barbecue and an 8-seater outdoor table.
The kitchen has excellent pantry space, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, food processor and breadmaker.
Also on the lower level are a separate toilet, laundry with automatic washing machine (a dryer is wall-mounted outside in the boat house), a bathroom with vanity and shower and a large bedroom which has both a double and single bed.
Upstairs, there are a mezzanine gallery area with 26 inch television, french doors opening onto the deck and three bedrooms - two twins and a double. The master bedroom (double) is flooded by the morning sun and has french doors opening out onto the upper deck with stunning views.

Outside in the boat house, there is a purpose-built twin bedroom, toilet, vanity, shower and hot water system. In addition, there is an extra fridge freezer and a spin dryer.
The nearest shop is at Kuaotunu - about 3.5 miles away. This is a general store selling all provisions, plus petrol, dive bottle refills, liquor etc.
The nearest main center is Whitianga, about 6 miles further on, where you can buy almost anything you need, arrange tours, visit restaurants and cafes. (See “Useful Links” for more information on Whitianga)
Rates Long term off-season rates (one to six months) NZ$ 2,500 per month

Short term holiday rates (one to four weeks):
Peak season - (Christmas/New Year, Easter etc.) $NZ 2,415 per week
Shoulder season - (February - April) $NZ 1,960 per week
Low season - (Rest of Year) $NZ 1,540 per week
